William K. Guild

NYCTRC Executive Committee

Mr. Guild is a retired attorney who has long taken a strong interest in public transportation. He has served on the Transportation Committee of the City Bar Association and the boards of several transit advocacy organizations, including the Committee for Better Transit, the Institute for Rational Urban Mobility and the Electric Railroaders’ Association. He has also served on the Manhattan Borough President’s Transportation Advisory Board. In addition, Mr. Guild is a member and former warden of the Church of the Transfiguration (“The Little Church Around the Corner”).

Mr. Guild is a graduate of Princeton University and the Harvard Law School.
