On Sunday, November 9, 2014, New York City Transit Riders Council Chair Andrew Albert, PCAC Chair Randy Glucksman, LIRRCC Representative to the MTA Board Ira Greenberg, and PCAC Executive Director William Henderson, attended the MTA unveiling of the Fulton Center. Fulton Center is a fully digital and accessible transit and retail hub located in Lower Manhattan. According to MTA’s press release, Fulton Center improves the commuter experience by providing seamless transfers for up to 300,000 daily passengers of the A,C,J,Z,2,3,4,5 and R lines and will improve access to PATH trains and the E and 1 lines when additional work by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is completed.
