Francis Corcoran

Francis Corcoran is Senior Vice President for Business Development at the American Stock Exchange, where he also serves as President of Seamount Trading, LLC and Seamount Executions, LLC. Previously, he was Managing Director of Arrowhead Capital, LLC, a merchant banking and financial advisory firm. Before joining Arrowhead, Mr. Corcoran was Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Sales for the agency securities broker Instinet.  

Mr. Corcoran is a former member of the Board of Directors for the NYC chapter of the Securities Industry Association and was involved with the Stock Market Game Foundation. He is the Acting Chairman of MTA Inspector General Advisory Board and is a Director of The New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation. He is also a long-time member of the Board of Trustees for the Cheshire Academy and is actively involved in many civic and charitable organizations. 

Mr. Corcoran is a graduate of Iona College. He is married with two children and resides in Bedford. He commutes from Mount Kisco.
