Francena Amparo

Francena Amparo works at the law firm of Kaplan Fox & Kilsheimer LLP in Manhattan. She is currently the President of the Board of Managers in the condominium complex where she lives and has served in this capacity for the last ten years.  From January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2019, Ms. Amparo represented the Town of Wappinger and the Village of Wappingers Falls as a Dutchess County Legislator.   

Ms. Amparo is a graduate of SUNY Purchase College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies. She is also a graduate of SUNY Westchester Community College with an Associates of Arts degree and Certificate in Paralegal Studies. 

Ms. Amparo is a native of the Bronx and currently resides in the Town of Wappinger, commuting on Metro-North’s Hudson Line.
