On July 20, MNRCC Chair, Randolph Glucksman, testified before the MTA Board calling for the implementation of a Secaucus Rockland Express bus due to the elimination of the NJ Transit late-night train to Rockland. It was welcome news on Monday to hear Senator Schumer of New York also strongly calling on the MTA to implement the express bus service replacing the cancelled late-night train.
