On Tuesday, November 16th, the NYCTRC held its annual President’s Forum at NYCT’s headquarters at 2 Broadway in Manhattan from 5-7pm. At the table with NYCT President Tom Prendergast were: John Gaul, Vice President and Chief Officer, Subways, Service Delivery; Carmen Bianco, Senior Vice President – Subways; John Gaito, Vice President and Chief Station Officer; and Peter Cafiero, Chief, Operations Planning.
President Prendergast answered questions from 23 riders. Frequent topics included the fare and service cuts, MTA funding, and safety concerns since the booth agents were removed.
