Brian Fritsch
Associate Director
Mr. Fritsch joined PCAC in 2024 as an avid transit supporter and urbanist who strongly believes mobility is essential to achieving a healthier and more equitable region. Before PCAC, he spent over five years at Regional Plan Association, first as the Manager of Advocacy Campaigns and then as Communications Director. During his time at RPA, we worked extensively on promoting the completion of the Gateway Program and an improved Penn Station, federal relief funding for the region’s transit agencies, and earned media for the full range of RPA initiates.
Prior to RPA, he ran the education coalition High Achievement New York and also served as Outreach Director for the NYC Department of Education’s Pre‑K for All expansion, leading a team that provided citywide outreach over the first three application cycles.
