Christy Tolbert 

Ms. Tolbert is a Territory Manager for Nationwide Insurance Company since 2019. The prior 20 years of her career has been dedicated to Property and Casualty commercial underwriting. She attended the Long Island High School for the Arts and is currently active in the performing arts industry, which she is professionally trained in all genres of dance including ballet, tap, jazz, and musical theater. She currently serves in the role of head coach for the Long Island Nets kids dance team and Timeless Torches, for Brooklyn Sports Entertainment, home of the Brooklyn Nets, New York Liberty and G-Leagues, Long Island Nets. She has been a resident of Suffolk County for over 30 years and an avid rider of the Long Island Railroad for the past 10 years. Christy is an active member in her community of Wyandanch/Wheatley Heights and decided to take the initiative to serve as the eyes and ears of the issues that commuters are faced with in hopes to develop a meaningful and consistent approach for ridership.
