Jack Connors

Research & Communications Associate

Jack is an avid transit enthusiast and R train apologist with a background in grassroots advocacy, communications, and legislative affairs. After more than half a decade in urbanist and electoral campaigns and a stint in the New York State Senate, he joined the PCAC team in 2023. From writing about fare policy to fighting for rider representation on the MTA Board, it’s a privilege to advocate on behalf of riders across the MTA system to advance access to affordable, equitable, and accessible transit. He earned an undergraduate degree in Political Science and International Studies from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a Master of Public Affairs from the La Follette School of Public Affairs. When he’s not advocating for riders, Jack serves on the ABNY Young Professionals Steering Committee, enjoys riding his bike in Metro-North country, and never misses an episode of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.
