Richard Cataggio

Richard Cataggio was Director of Facilities Management for Proctor & Gamble from 2010 until his retirement in 2020.  From 2004-2020, Mr. Cataggio, was the Corporate Executive Vice President at Grubb-Ellis International Property Management, responsible for operations and administration. He previously held management positions in Information Systems, Corporate Services, and Facilities Management at American Express Company and at A&E Television Networks. Mr. Cataggio served as MNRCC Vice Chair from 1990 to 1992. He is President of Highland Lake Estates, a 170-home private community; and has been on the Village of Woodbury Planning Board since 2010.  

Mr. Cataggio holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from New York University’s Wagner College. He is married and has two children. He lives in Highland Mills and commutes on the Port Jervis Line from Harriman.
