Stuart Goldstein

NYCTRC Executive Committee

Mr. Goldstein joined the NYC Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) in 2006 and currently serves as the Assistant Commissioner overseeing their Administration Division’s Bureau of Support Services (BSS) which provides and supports mission critical services.  He is responsible for the day-to-day management of their: Office of Transportation Services, Occupational Safety and Health Unit, ACS Mailroom Services Unit, and Personal protective equipment (PPE) distribution operations.  Additionally, he liaises with NYC Emergency Management and the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene regarding agency continuity and emergency response operations, including Coastal Storm Plan staffing and Post Emergency Canvassing Operations.

Stuart received both his Master and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the State University of New York at Binghamton.  Since 2009, he has served as a member of the NYC Transit Riders Council (NYCTRC).  Additionally, he is a Charter Champion member of the NY Transit Museum.
