In October, the PCAC released its annual research report, A Long Day’s Journey into Work, which describes transportation choices to Manhattan from Southeast Queens, Co-Op City in the Bronx, Southwest Staten Island and Red Hook, Brooklyn. In April 2007, Dr. Jan S. Wells joined PCAC as Associate Director.
